Refunds are not provided; however, your product can be exchanged or converted into store credit under the following conditions:

• If you receive an incorrect outfit that does not match the item specified in your confirmation email.
• If the outfit you purchased has a manufacturing defect upon delivery.
• If the outfit does not fit properly, in which case a size exchange is available, limited to the same item.
• Customized outfits (including alterations for size, color, embroidery, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Any outfit purchased on sale is not eligible for return or exchange.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

Refunds cannot be provided in cases where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been provided. If you believe that the delivery address you provided is incorrect, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order. You can request an address correction by contacting us with your order number.
